They must be bricking it by now - the Spice Girls' much anticipated tour kicks off THIS SATURDAY in London! Cripes.

But Baby Spice cadet, Emma Bunton better get some rest in,... we're not sure what she's done but she joined her pals at LA Airport last night on crutches, as they posed at the launch of their very own Virgin Atlantic plane - Spice One.

Put your feet up Em's and get yourself some choccy biccies. You're gonna be busy and we don't want you toppling off your wedges on stage and busting your other foot!
