Surely not? Well, we hope not anyway. Ageing beauty and top mum MADONNA has sparked reports of a facelift, after she was photographed leaving a New York medical building with two black eyes.
The Hung Up hitmaker, 49, tried to cover up apparent evidence of cosmetic surgery by donning a pair of dark sunglasses, but the dark circles around her
eyes were still clearly visible.
The singer has never publicly admitted to going under the knife, crediting her toned physique to yoga and a vigorous exercise regime.

She may well be 50, but Madonna is proving she doesn’t look a day over, erm, 49. The uber-fit Material Girl sung, danced, skipped and flipped her way through old classics and new tracks at London’s Wembley Arena at the weekend, in front of thousands of adoring fans. With a back drop of a 50ft Britney Spears, the re-invention queen and mother-of-three commanded the stage for more than two hours as part of her Sticky And Sweet world tour, which is hitting 37 venues in just under four months.
