Acting up on a choo choo train? Not good enough Gavin!

The boyfriend of Welsh singer and new mum, CHARLOTTE CHURCH, will be prosecuted, following his involvement in a disturbance on a train from London to Cardiff earlier this month (tut tut).

British Transport Police confirmed 25-year-old Gavin Henson and three other men have been ordered to appear in Cardiff magistrates court in January over the incident, in which the rugby star allegedly pukes and, um, relieved himself of a certain bodily fluid (eeew) publicly, while onboard, before calling a fellow passenger rather nasty names.

Police met Wales rugby star Henson as he left the train in Cardiff, after a female guard alerted authorities of the star's behaviour.

Henson's club, Ospreys, apologised for the player's behaviour. But we're guessing it Charlotte he's more scared of!
