COURTNEY LOVE has denied reports she was ever romantically involved with British rocker PETE DOHERTY, insisting she has only spoken to the star once to offer rehab advice. (Hmmm)

Love, 43, who has been clean of her own drug addiction since 2006, was reported to have been caught kissing and cuddling the troubled Babyshambles frontman over a romantic lunch in a pub in Wiltshire, England earlier this year.

She says, "According to the tabs (tabloid newspapers) I'm dating Pete Doherty and we went to a (British pub chain) Wetherspoons. Yeah, I get the joke. *rude word* off. I hardly know Pete Doherty.

"I've talked to him once on the phone about rehab, because I'm a good rehab guide."

That she is. How many times was she in there???
