She gave birth less than four months ago, but ANGELINA is back in amazing shape after following a super-strict diet and fitness plan.

Despite rumours her relationship with Brad was on the rocks, and she was suffering from post-natal depression, when Ange made her first public appearance since twins Knox and Vivienne arrived in July, she looked happier and healthier than ever before.

What bulge?
Dropping from 76 kilos to 61 kilos in a matter of weeks, Ange followed her exercise regime religiously. Determined to revert back to her pre-baby weight, she even had a boxing ring and gym built in the south of France mansion that she and Brad shared with their rapidly expanding family of six.

“Ange has been working out like a demon since giving birth,” said a source. “She’s been spending at least an hour in the gym every day.”

Mortal combat
No stranger to martial arts – her 2001 role in Tomb Raider made her a kickboxing and street fighting expert – Ange is punching her way back to fitness with Krav Maga, an intense form of combat adopted by specialist defence forces.

Considered the most effective form of self-defence, and with devotees including J-Lo and Cameron Diaz, Krav Maga mixes boxing with martial arts, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, using props such as rubber knifes, sticks and guns to help you to sharpen your reflexes.

Kicking back into shape
In the boxing ring for an hour every day, Ange warms up on the treadmill and the bike whilst watching the news, then starts sparring with her head of security – the man responsible for teaching her the complex martial art.

“It’s intense fighting,” said a pal. “She loves it!’

Going Organic
Ange snacked on junk food throughout her pregnancy, but her new diet is based on wholesome, organic meals. Salmon, mackerel, tuna, turkey, eggs, tomatoes and pineapple are all on her new menu, along with wholemeal bread and fresh herbs to add flavour.
