The latest from Fed and Brit...
"Demanding more money from my rich ex? Who? Moi?"
The latest from Fed and Brit...KEVIN FEDERLINE has strongly denied reports he is seeking an increase in child support from the pop superstar.
Federline was alleged to be asking for more cash from his former spouse because the financial agreement currently in place was made when the couple had joint custody of boys Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.
And with the dancer now having full physical custody of the kids and no income for "fans" wanting to know all about his antics (probably), reports
claimed he was looking for an increase to help fund life as a full-time single parent. Can anyone say "get a job??"
But Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has dismissed the reports, adding that if his client had wanted to make any adjustments in the
child support settlement, he would have made the requests back in October, when the custody ruling was made.
In a statement, he says, "Every two months rumours have been raised in the media that Mr. Federline's lawyers are about to go into court to get more money for child support. Persistent questions are again being raised now in the press about the timing of when that will happen.
"As I've said, I know where to find the courthouse and what to do when I get there. If Mr. Federline had wanted to increase child support, it would be very
easy to achieve and would have been requested long before now.
"There has not been and is not now a request before the court for a modification of child support. Mr. Federline's purpose in bringing this action
continues to be one that is based upon the best interest of the children as his highest priority."
