For the main event, choose your veg, and fresh fish or meat and the lightning-quick chef will prepare it right in front of you. For an authentic Japanese feel, opt to dine at a low table and – although not technically traditionally Japanese – wash it all down with the superb red wine!

Leave room for the homemade ice-cream, which alone is worth the trip. Try the Matcha (sweet green tea) flavour or the surprisingly good Wasabi ice-cream - it’s a must-taste!
