Be brave and start off with an authentic Moroccan dish like Pastilal Bil Hamam – a filo pastry pie made with pigeon meat and crushed almonds, and topped off with icing sugar and cinnamon – or keep it simple with a selection of traditional mezzeh. For mains, try Meghoui (tender lamb shoulder), or Grevettes Malaki (delish tiger prawns flavoured with garlic and lemon). Finish off with a mouth-watering Moroccan pastry.
