Remember the little cute DAKOTA FANNING in Charlotte's Web and War of The Worlds?

Well, the teeniest star in Tinseltown has all-of-a-sudden grown up!

The 14-year-old was on the red carpet to promote her controversial new film Houndog last night and turned heads with her stunning new mature look.

The teenager seems to have managed to avoid that awkward stage most child stars go through and is blossoming in to a stunning young woman.

Dressed in a satin babydoll-style top, black skinny jeans and patent peep-toe wedges, Dakota looked mature beyond her 14 years as she posed for photographers along with Houndog co-star, ROBIN WRIGHT-PENN.

The low-budget movie is set in 1959 and stars Dakota as a 12-year-old girl obsessed with ELVIS PRESLEY who seductively sings for a teenager in exchange for tickets to a concert of the King's.

The film has already come under fire because of its controversial storyline.
