PUSSYCAT DOLLS star NICOLE SCHERZINGER has confessed to lying about her age.

The band's website claims Nicole is 28-years-old - but she admits she has actually turned 30, and has been lying to fans to pretend she is younger.

But now the singer - dating toy-boy Formula One ace LEWIS HAMILTON – admits she’s actually 30 but has been encouraged to pretend to be younger.

She says: "I should say I'm 27."
