Actress returns to work after cancer battle

Actress CHRISTINA APPLEGATE has returned to work just weeks after undergoing a double mastectomy in a bid to beat breast cancer.
The 36-year-old star had both breasts removed after being diagnosed with cancer in July.
And the former Friends star - who was given the all-clear following the operation - has returned to the set of comedy TV series Samantha Who?.
A spokesman for the star confirms that Christina resumed filming on Monday and is still lined up to present at the Primetime Emmy Awards on 21 September.
