Singer organises birthday bash - then doesn't show up

Wayward singer AMY WINEHOUSE reportedly skipped her own birthday party on Saturday night.

The Back to Black singer - who turned 25 on Sunday - threw a lavish celebration at London nightclub Jazz After Dark, complete with live bands, a guitar-shaped cake, and jugs of cocktails.

But guests, including superproducer MARK RONSON, were left disappointed after the birthday girl failed to show up.

A source said: "Everyone was really upbeat about the night and buzzing about Amy getting there. But as it got later, it all started to sink in, no-one could get hold of Amy, and Mark Ronson had to entertain the crowd with an impromptu performance."
