JESSICA ALBA boasts vital statistics that most women would kill for – 34-24-34 – but her obsession with her perfect Hollywood body left her feeling “unsexy” during her pregnancy and she famously lamented, “I wanted to get rid of
all the weight.”
Now, just two months after the birth, the actress unveiled her killer post-baby bod at the recent Latino Awards in Los Angeles.

Two dress sizes in two months
“Jess went from a size eight to a size four pretty quickly,” revealed her trainer, Ramona Braganza, who works with Jessica six days a week. “Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time.”
The 27-year-old religiously follows a low-fat, low-carb eating regime, and resumed her routine of core exercises, cardio and circuit training within days of giving birth.
“The baby always comes first,” insists Braganza, unconvincingly. But Jessica definitely set goals for herself.”
Single-minded
On food:
Hardly eats: “Before [getting pregnant] it was coffee in the morning, yoghurt for lunch, and the only meal was dinner.”
Started young: “Everyone in my family is heavily overweight. I started cooking for myself when I was 12 years old.”
Denies herself: “I don’t eat desserts or bread.”
Super-strict: “I don’t eat fast food or anything that’s packaged or loaded with salt and preservatives.”
On working out:
What she does: “I start out on the treadmill for 15 minutes, then I do 50 lunges and crunches. Back on the machine for another 10 mins. Then shoulders, biceps and triceps. Non-stop for four sets.”
