Welsh actor RHYS IFANS has declared his love for rock offspring KIMBERLY STEWART - by scrawling a romantic message on his face.

Ifans sparked rumours he is dating Stewart - daughter of rocker ROD - after they were photographed recently enjoying a string of dates.

And it appears Ifans has finally moved on from his split from SIENNA MILLER after he was photographed with the words 'I Love K' scrawled onto his cheek.

Who said romance was dead?
