David's boys get stage fright as he picks up top award
To the rest of the world he is a sporting hero and sex symbol, but to DAVID BECKHAM's three sons, he's just dad.
So when the footballer took to the stage to accept his Teen Choice award last night, all BROOKLYN, nine, ROMEO, five and CRUZ , three, could do was cringe.
The boys stood ext to their famous father at the glitzy bash in LA and looked decidedly uncomfortable as he made his acceptance speech.
Mum VICTORIA sat on the front row of the audience and, typically remained stony-faced throughout the ceremony.
Little Cruz was feeling particularly shy until his dad gave him a reassuring pat on the head. But the youngster's stage fright soon disappeared when David encouraged him to show off his breakdancing moves he mastered during last year's SPICE GIRLS world tour.
Even Victoria managed to crack a smile as she cheered on her youngest boy.
