If you believe what you read, you'll think KATIE HOMLES is as meek as a kitten, ruled by her control-freak husband TOM CRUISE.

But AhlanLive.com has discovered it's Mrs Cruise who actually wears the trousers....well sometimes.

Sources tell us that Katie has demanded that Tom's mum MARY LEE SOUTH and sister CASS move out of their Hollywood home.

The pair have been lodging with Tom since his divorce from NICOLE KIDMAN in 2001, but have recently moved out, sources say, under strict orders from Katie.

But, predictably, a spokesperson for TOMKAT, has denied Katie has evicted her in-laws from the family home, saying: "This has nothing to do with Katie."
