Grouchy wrinkle-faced celebrity chef GORDON RAMSAY plans to go into semi-retirement at the age of 50 - by running a restaurant one day a week.

The British reality TV star, 40, whose restaurant Verre here in Dubai has been a massive success, is keen to spend more time with his family,
but admits he will struggle to stay away from the kitchen.

And he plans to buy a restaurant abroad to satisfy his passion for cooking.

Ramsay says, "I'll keep my restaurant closed six days a week and open it just once, on a Sunday. I'll snorkel, I'll do what I want to do. Then on a Sunday I'll go into the kitchen and work my b**locks off.

"I have to have my life, but I also have to have a little piece of my kitchen, because I am an addict."

Well, there are worse things to be addicted to in the celeb world. Let's just hope he sets an example to the rest, eh?
