We've been speculating for years that SARAH JESSICA PARKER's youthful looks aren't just complements of Mother Nature.

But the actress has always denied having ever had cosmetic surgery - so we can only assume she has consulted a magician for her latest treatment.

The star was photographed at a baseball game at Yankee Stadium in New York City on Tuesday but her trademark mole had mysteriously disappeared from her chin, leaving only a small scar in its place.

The star was with singer Sheryl Crow and Major League Baseball (MLB) Commissioner Bud Selig before the game to request donations from the crowd for cancer research.

The 43-year-old has previously vowed not to tamper with her looks, declaring, "I believe in ageing gracefully - and of course, buying as many anti-ageing creams as possible!"
