Material Girl's SUV smashed up
MADONNA has been targeted by car vandals in New York.
The Material Girl's SUV was attacked in New York's Central Park on Monday, but police have denied the car was targeted because of her fame.
According to local police reports, Madonna was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident and was not directly targeted.
The pop star's chauffeur was driving the vehicle when two youths hurled a large rock at the car, damaging a back window, reports the New York Daily News.
Madonna is currently in the Big Apple preparing for her upcoming Sticky & Sweet world tour, which kicks off on 23 August.
