AMY WINEHOUSE blames her heavy drinking and wild behaviour on feeling insecure about her looks. Well, we all need something to blame from time to time. It's obviously not her overflowing piggy bank that's the issue here.

The 24-year-old singer - who reportedly suffered a drug overdose in August (07) - confesses to being driven by demons in everything she does, but is at a loss as to how to change. Ironically, she also had a hit with a song called Rehab. Hmmmm.

She says, "I'm quite an insecure person. I'm very insecure about the way I look. I mean, I'm a musician not a model. The more insecure I felt, the more I'd drink.

"And to (my hairdresser) Tracy Trash, I'd be like, 'Bigger! Bigger! - like the more insecure I feel, the bigger my hair has to be."

Last Friday, the troubled singer spent a night in the cells after being arrested for possession of drugs before a show in Bergen, Norway. Lucky she didn't feel too insecure behind bars - if her hair got any bigger they would've had to cut her out of the cell with a blow torch!
