Both her parents are millionaires in their own right, yet it seems TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES can't afford to splash out on a pair of shoes for daughter SURI.

The two-year-old was snapped walking alongside her famous mum and dad in a pretty swirl print dress - but the tot was missing her shoes.

The family were spotted leaving Union Station, California after Katie filmed a cameo appearance on ABC's 'Eli Stone'.
