The news that Lindsay Lohan is apparently flat broke, after wasting her Dhs25 million fortune on drugs, partying, hotels and shopping, will come as no surprise to anyone who watched the 21-year-old starlet trawling the shops and clubs with abandon ever since she hit the big time.

But now, according to News Of The World, the actress's finances are in such a bad state, that she has had to leave rehab in order to make a new film - although she insists she'll be heading back to Utah once it wraps.

Dhs7.3 million on partying!
"She thinks nothing of blowing thousands of dollars on a single night of partying," said a pal, last week, revealing that Lindsay has squandered millions on going out. Adding, "The amount she has wasted [on drugs] is disgusting. Even she has lost count." And sources also reveal that Lindsay's drink of choice was Dhs2,500-a-bottle Cristal champagne.

Dhs3.6 million on hotels!
Sources say that stays at LA's super-hip Chateau Marmont hotel have cost Lindsay millions. Holing herself up in costly suites - which one pal branded her "drug den" - insiders say the Dhs3.6 million formed just one bill and that Lindsay stayed there for weeks at a time.

Dhs3.6 million on bodyguards and chauffers!
Keeping the public at bay hasn't come cheap for the beleaguered star, who splashed out Dhs1.8 million on bodyguards. The other Dhs1.8 million went on chauffeurs - although she hardly used their services - and keeping them on 24-hour standby.

Dhs3.6 million on clothes!
Hitting the shops in LA, New York and London, Lindsay has frittered away her fortune on fashion. Buying clothes she never even wears, even Lindsay's stylist, Rachel Zoe revealed, "I am the biggest fashion-obsessed person in the world, but in Lindsay, I have met my match."

Dhs2.2 million on legal fees!
Lindsay's many DUI convictions have cost the actress plenty in legal fees. The actress also faces legal action from no fewer than four people, who claim Lindsay either injured them in car smashes or damaged their vehicles in collisions.

Dhs500,000 on rehab!
Lindsay's three separate stays in rehab have proved expensive, and her most recent stay, at Cirque Lodge in Utah, has been well over two months long and counting.

"Rehab does not come cheap," spilled an insider. "Lindsay has spent a fortune on it this year. Her first two stays sadly proved a complete waste of money for her."

Dhs200,000 on tanning and hair styling
Obsessed with spray tans and sun beds - Lindsay even left rehab for daily sessions - the actress has spent almost a quarter of a million dirhams on maintaining her tan and on visits to Hollywood's high end Hollywood hairdressers.

So... what's left?
With the paltry - by Hollywood standards - amount that remains, Lindsay has to maintain not only her lifestyle, but that of mum, Dina and also her brother, Dakota and sister, Ali. Forced to put both her palatial Dhs10 million LA apartment and Dhs3.6 million New York apartment on the market, although her father Michael, recently revealed, "She told me, ‘Dad, I don't feel ready to go back to Hollywood'", it looks like Lindsay doesn't really have a choice.
