Baby stress may cause Keith to relapse
Keith checked back into rehab just four months after getting married, battling his drink and drugs demons again, and as friends say that he's "on the edge" over the stress of the new arrival, Nicole's petrified that he'll relapse.

"Keith has tried to calm Nicole's fears that he might slip back into drinking and drugs," spilled a source. "He'll be okay as long as there is no extra stress involved. He also knows how much it means to Nicole that he doesn't slip back into his old ways."

Keith ‘wasn't ready'
Just three months after their June 2006 wedding, Nicole revealed that, although she was desperate for a biological child of her own, Keith was "getting there slowly. My husband wants a couple of years, ‘Where I just have you.'"

And due to give birth to their first child in July, Nic's proven that it's all on her schedule.

Difficult choice?
After two miscarriages and the revelation that her adopted kids call Katie Holmes "mom", Nicole has long been desperate for a baby. But friends fear the new arrival could mean she has to choose between the newborn and her husband!

Many health scares
The actress and UN Ambassador has suffered four fainting fits, painful swollen legs and dangerously low blood pressure, and sources say she is battling with Brad over everything from the newborn twins' names to giving birth in France.

Damaging tape resurfaces
Ange is said to appear "incoherant" in a ‘drugs tape' leaked on the Internet, and sources say Brad is furious it will hurt his political future.

"The timing couldn't be worse," a source spilled. "It's a part of her life she doesn't want to be associated with."

Baby name battle
Her penchant for out-of-the-ordinary names has led Ange to be considering ‘Castor' and ‘Pollox' for her babies' names - after the twins of her birth sign, Gemini. But Brad is said to have put his foot down over her choices, with insiders saying that Brad blasted, "[I don't want a name] like a British cuss word."

Brad insists she have therapy
With her existing brood of four, movie career and work for the UN, the two impending new arrivals have already tipped Ange over the edge, to the point where Brad's insisted she seek professional help.

"[She] has had so much on her plate lately," said a pal. "She's struggling to cope and is terrified of giving birth to twins. Brad approached her about [seeing a therapist and] she tearfully admitted she'd been finding things harder to cope with, so agreed to get help."

‘Shock' wedding
While the world's media focused on the Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz nuptials last weekend, Jess arranged a quickie hush hush wedding to her boyfriend, Cash Warren - not even inviting (or telling!) her family.

And sources say the Sin City actress's religious Catholic guilt got the better of her having a baby out of wedlock.

Victim of a vengeful publicist?
Other close pals of Jessica are whispering that the actress has been the victim of her publicist, Brad Cafarelli, who used to work for Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz, claiming that he talked Jess into the nuptials to trump his ex-clients' wedding news.

"The way this has stolen Ashlee's thunder, [Brad] can't help but be loving it right now," insisted a source.

Jessica's ‘for the baby' marriage
With barely a hit movie to her name, let alone critical acclaim, Jess has made it known that she is furious with Hollywood execs for not offering her the same roles offered to her peers, blasting, "The scripts I get are always for the w****... Somehow, I don't think this is happening to Natalie Portman."
