Kate's Carb-Free Diet
She's famous for her wild party binges and unhealthy lifestyle, but Kate Moss is trading it all in for a toxin-free summer. A fan of fry-ups, the supermodel is swapping her morning-afterthe-night-before breakfasts of
fried bread, eggs and bacon for a super-strict, low-calorie plan.
A source close the supermodel said, "The bacon butties have flown out the window and she's even started juicing." To rev up her metabolism, she's cutting out carbs and staying clear of dairy and meat to kick-start
wellbeing, lose a couple of kilos and give her skin a boost.
The Power Of Two
To boost Kate's motivation and willpower, she's enlisted the help of bestie Sadie Frost, who's also trying to shed a few kilos.
They've been munching on muesli for breakfast and cramming healthy salads, organic veg and oily fish onto their plates. In between meals they've been knocking back fruit smoothies and loading up on ladlefuls of homemade garlic and tomato sauce (a recipe cooked by Sadie's mum) spread over crisp breads for a low-fat, highenergy afternoon snack that keeps them going until the next meal.
Feel-Good Fitness
So determined about her summer body cleanse is Kate that, alongside her new healthy diet, she's started a brand new fitness regime to help tone up.
Signing up with swanky London gym The Life Centre (which specialises in different types of yoga, pilates and holistic therapies), the supermodel's
found a passion for yoga and she's even started meditating regularly to help her relax and clear her mind.
Although many of her friends are trying to convince her not to give up her party lifestyle just yet, Kate's not allowing them to hamper her health plans - but the only vice she's having trouble kicking so far is alcohol. Although, she's managed to cut down her intake, she still allows herself the odd drink every now and again.
Yummy Mummy
Reportedly desperate to get pregnant with baby number two, sources close to Kate claim that's the real reason behind the supermodel's detox.
Ever since she split up with Pete Doherty, she's made a conscious effort to take more care of herself, vowing to eat three full meals a day instead of bingeing at irregular hours like she did when she was with Pete. Sources say she's so loved-up with boyfriend Jamie Hince that she's doing everything she can to make sure she's as healthy as possible and prepare her body for pregnancy - even if it means missing out on a few nights out for a while.
