Librarian shoes, shapeless grey or black cardie, scraggy hair, and not a hint of make-up. "I'm a bit frumpy," she recently confessed to a UK radio station. ‘A bit' frumpy? Yes, and Dina Lohan's ‘a bit' pushy.

After
Designer frock? Check. Make-up. Check. Flirty hair. Check. Seven-inch heels? Check. Ugly duckling's gone all swan on our ass.

Her diet
Before
Gwynnie was a preachy follower of the microbiotic diet. In other words, no dairy, no wheat, no carbs and no fun.

After
Gwynnie has discovered the joys of lard and she's as giddy as Augustus Gloop in a candy shop. "I love anything fried, fish and chips, and Branston Pickle and I love red wine," she giggled on a UK chat show. Dangerous.

Other than preaching about yoga and the benefits of her snoresville diet, Gwyn remained tight-lipped about anything we actually did want to hear about - ie her marriage, her "big sis" Madge and why on earth she called her kid Apple.

Gwyn has been ignoring her and hubby Chris's pact not to discuss each other in interviews, even hinting that he's a workaholic perfectionist.
"I've never seen anyone put every atom and molecule of themselves into something," she says of his new album. "Don't tell him I told you." Not exactly juicy, but it's better than listening to her talk about the lotus position!
