KELLY Brook has split from fiancé Billy Zane.

The Model-turned-TV presenter is single again after ending her four-year relationship with the Titanic star

It is thought the split came about because Kelly has been re-evaluating her life since her father Ken died last November.

Reports in the British media claim the 28-year-old has decided she was too young to wed 42-year-old Billy.

British-born Kelly made her first public appearance without her engagement ring at the TV Bafta awards in London on Sunday.

Reports say Billy is now moving back to Los Angeles for good after moving out of their US$2million farmhouse in Kent.

A source told a British newspaper: "After much soul-searching, Kelly decided that Billy is not the man she wants to marry and has called off the engagement.

"The split is completely amicable and the decision was made after long conversations here and in the US. They remain good friends."

The couple had planned to tie the knot in a romantic ceremony at their 600-year-old farmhouse last year.

But TV host Kelly kept putting back the date due to work before her father's death finally left her shattered and not thinking about marriage.

The source said: "When her dad passed away she spent a lot of time mulling over life and decided she was too young to settle down.

"Billy was keen, but she kept delaying plans for the big day. He started asking questions - and they eventually decided to go their separate ways."

The couple met while filming castaway thriller Three in 2004, shortly after Kelly had split from Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels star Jason Statham, 40.

Last year Kelly hinted she had a volatile relationship with Billy, but added that she had found her "best friend".

She said: "We see eye-to-eye on most things but it can be fiery, too. He's Mediterranean and I'm so stubborn.

"It's never me that's first to make up. We're both romantics, so there's a lot of magic.

"I've met someone I want to do everything with. He's my best friend, really. I've never had that before."

Last night a spokesman for Kelly confirmed the split.
