Fans of rock legends BON JOVI have long been ‘Livin' on a Prayer' that the band would perform in the region.

Now their prayers have been answered.

Next month the rockers will following the footsteps of Justin Timberlake by performing at Abu Dhabi's Emirates Palace, for one night only.

On May 20, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, David Bryan, and Tico Torres, will perform some of their classic hits; In These Arms, Someday I'll Be Saturday Night, You Give Love a Bad Name and the anthemic rock ballad, Always.

The band, fronted by lead singer and namesake, Jon Bon Jovi, burst on to the rock scene in the Eighties and since then have sold in excess of 120 million records worldwide
