Nice Spice Posh has been comforting her sister after she split from her husband of five years. Louise Adams ended the relationship six months ago - and is understandably glad to have had her sister to support her.

She says, "It's over. We just fell out of love. Victoria's been great with everything, incredibly supportive."

Best of luck to sibling Spice though, broken hearts are never easy to mend.

Still, it must be great to have had a few personal shoppers, some celeb filled parties and the world's hottest footballer at hand, instead of the usual tub of ice-cream.
