Either Tyra Banks is desperate to increase ratings for her talk show or she is a serious prankster. The supermodel turned television star was filming The Tyra Banks Show on Friday when she started acting as though she had rabies.

Banks started her show by explaining she had been bit by a dog and was receiving treatment for rabies. "I'm not 100 per cent today, I'm not feeling great,” she said. “A friggin' dog bit me... I had to get rushed to the hospital and the doctors... tested me. The dog had rabies and I had to get a shot. I'm feeling a little weird but I'm OK." She then turned her back on the television audience before drinking Alka-Seltzer, a fizzy substance. Banks then feel to the floor, convulsed and began foaming at the mouth. She then started impersonating a dog by barking!

Television audiences were heard giggling during the scene and she wonders why no-one came to her rescue! Upset and annoyed the Next Top Model host said "Why didn't anyone help me?"
