Kelly Rowland in Dubai

Soul diva Kelly Rowland is coming to Dubai for a one off special performance with Radio 1. The radio station is hosting what is dubbed to be the biggest free event the UAE has ever seen on Saturday, April 19.

The event will take place at the Dubai Tennis stadium and is Radio 1's way of saying thank you to its listeners for their support.

Radio 1 Live will be simultaneously entertaining thousands of fans at the tennis stadium while hundreds of thousands listen in via the airwaves live on Radio 1.

The invitation-only event will feature some of the biggest international artists supported by the UAE's leading club brands & DJs.

Grammy Award winner Kelly Rowland will headline the event giving fans the chance to see the former Destiny's Child perform some of her biggest hits including Stole Dilemma Like This and Work.

In addition, Lebanon born Canadian artist Karl Wolf will be taking to the stage performing hits from his latest album Bite The Bullet as well as his classics; Summer Days, Summer Nights & Referee.

And reinforcing the live performances will be Dubai-based Abri who have had a meteoric rise to fame with their debut album Sunchild and have easily been this year's success story.

With the hottest acts will be the hottest music! For the first time EVER the UAE's finest club brands, Deep Night, Real Flava, Smooth Grooves, Zinc and Club Fresh will unite to showcase their weekly nights to create the ultimate club experience for the soundtrack for Radio 1 Live.

Invitations to the event are available to all Radio 1 listeners.
