Kiefer Sutherland's been a bad boy...

Ahlan can now report that 24-series hottie, Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Hollywood in the early hours of Tuesday morning. NAUGHTY!

The TV action man was on his way home from a Fox network party when he was pulled over by police on the junction of La Cienega and Beverly at 1.35am, after making an illegal U-turn. That'll get you every time, Kief! A breath test found him to have twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system, according to reports.

TMZ.com claims Sutherland, 40, was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and taken to Hollywood Police Station. He was released on USD $25,000 bail at 5.42am.

He must now appear in court to answer the accusations on 16 October. Honestly, you'd think he'd have learnt from Paris and Lindsay. We're not impressed Mr Sutherland. We look forward to your sorry statement (tut).
