She's been saying ‘no' for months, but faced with a marriage ultimatum from her 39-year-old actor boyfriend, Rhys Ifans, Sienna Miller has finally said ‘yes' to tying the knot.

"Rhys has admitted that he and Sienna are getting married," revealed a source close to the couple. "Everything is supposed to be a secret, but Rhys is finding it hard to keep quiet. He can't believe that she finally said yes."

And the pair, who started dating last August, are planning to shun a big Tinseltown affair for their alleged summer ‘08 wedding, say pals.

"Although Sienna and Rhys could have the wedding of the year with a host of celebrity guests, they want to keep it low-key," spilled an insider.

The Factory Girl star might have recently gushed, "I am in love. Rhys and I are the best of mates and life is going great," but that hasn't stopped her from turning down two marriage proposals from him!

And the actress, who recently patched things up with Kate Moss, after the two fell out over her relationship with Rhys, wouldn't want to jeopardise things between them so soon by accepting a proposal.

Rhys first popped the question to Sisi by serenading her with a poem called Marry This Misfit, before proposing again on her 26th birthday last December, when he hid an engagement ring amongst her presents! And since that didn't work, we can't see how his marriage ultimatum did...
