Poor Lindsay Lohan can’t catch a break when it comes to her fashion life. The actress-turned-singer-turned-trainwreck-turned-fashion designer got the fashion boot back in October when she signed on as artistic advisor for French fashion house Emanuel Ungaro and made a royal mess of the collection.

But in a latest fash-related issue, it appears as though the sketches for her new clothing line (an extended collection of her 6126 leggings line which will also include clothing) have been stolen. Turns out, the perpetrator is none other than her BFF stylist Patrick ‘Pootie’ Aufdenkamp who is reportedly keen to start his own line. The two have been friends since she was 16 and despite warnings from friends not to trust him, have remained close until now.

A source tells US Magazine, “He is now running off trying to do his own line...And telling people he’s going to Fashion Market Week in NYC on February 8 to debut his line.” Lindsay, who is obviously distraught about the situation had a surprisingly positive reaction. “I should’ve known better. But new year for me and a new beginning! Health, happiness, success and love!”
