Things you need to know!

Race Day Essential Information

At the admission gates

Your racenight badges must be worn at all times for identification (you wouldn't want a woman with a cheaper version of your hat passing as you, would you?). On arrival at Nad Al Sheba please follow the signs to your designated GATE NUMBER which is indicated on your admission pass.
A wristbanding station is located at each Gate and you will be issued a wristband in exchange for your admission pass. Both Badge and Wristband must be worn at all times, so don't lose them!
Gates open at 2.00pm and all guests are advised to arrive early.

Admission

Admission for all to the public enclosure is FREE. Admission to the International Village will be by bar-coded tickets only through Gate 7 or 8. Tickets will be scanned on entry. Racegoers wishing to exit and re-enter the International Village can do so from either Gate 7 or 8, but must ensure the ticket is scanned by the exit personnel and rescanned again on entry. Any ticket not scanned on exit will not re-admit the bearer. On final exit no scanning is required.

Dress Code

The dress code for this prestigious occasion will be lounge suit or national dress for men. Modest dress is recommended for women. Ladies are encouraged to wear hats.

Children's Policy

Children in push chairs will not be permitted entry into the International Village. Children will require a badge/ticket to enter any hospitality area including the International Village. No special pricing for children.
