With the opening of every new hotel, comes a whole new host of pampering opportunities for us girls - well, pretty much all of them have a spa and a blatant understanding of how stressful it actually is to live here! I mean, just the other day I had to wait TEN WHOLE MINUTES for a taxi to pick me up and deliver me at the laundromat so I could collect the stuff I couldn't be bothered to iron! Can you believe it!

Anyway, continuing on the spoilt theme, we're only too happy to book these fab new treatments in the diary for next month at the new Grand Millennium Hotel. The first is an Ottoman Indulgence & Rasul. Sounds a bit weird? It's actually a mud and humidity treatment involving much lovely scrubbing and the stimulation of our metabolism. Tres handy for working off the brunch we didn't cook ourselves, right?

Another one we can't wait to try is Ottoman Wallower & Rasul, which uses the same muds and sea salts to heal and nourish your skin, whilst absorbing all those nasty impurities you're better off without. Oh and we also love the sound of the Moroccan Cocoon with Rasul - this one works with real volcanic ash! It's not as weird as it sounds, apparently. Volcanic ash is historically recognized as a purifying source for skin cleansing and moisture retention, don'tcha know! Bring on those volcanoes, we say! But let's leave the eruptions for Amy Winehouse and her poorly face (eeek). Looks like she could do with booking a visit!

Whilst you're on a pampering roll, it'd be rude to miss out on a revitalizing session after your time in Jasmine Spa. They've got nine treatment rooms, a Jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, ice fountains, a Turkish Hamam and Rasul... and at the sexy JUZZ Bar you can try some lovely refreshing cocktails and (healthy) light snacks.

Spa appointments are available daily from 10am to 9pm and you can also use the fitness facilities from 6am to 11pm. The swimming pool is open from 10am to 7pm

Treatments range from 370 to 450 dhs.
