Bitter PETER ANDRE has threatened legal action against his ex-wife KATIE PRICE after the glamour model accused her former partner of having a fling with his manager.

Peter and the artist formerly known as JORDAN divorced in September and have waged a war of words with each other through the media, with the singer recently speaking out about Price's new boyfriend, cage fighter Alex Reid.

Katie has now targeted her ex in a new U.K. TV interview, accusing Andre of dating his manager/agent Claire Powell.

Powell has since rebuffed the allegations, dismissing Price's claims as "nonsense", while Andre has vowed to take legal action against his ex-wife, calling her comments "complete lies".
