David Hasselhoff’s dose of reality
Actor to get his own show – but will it be car crash TV?
Troubled actor DAVID HASSELHOFF is in talks to star in his own U.S. reality TV show alongside his two teenage daughters.
Hasselhoff has endured a very public three-year divorce trial from ex-wife Pamela Bach, with whom he shares 17-year-old Hayley and 19-year-old Taylor Ann.
The former Baywatch actor has battled with alcohol addiction in the public eye and recently hit headlines amid rumours a relapse had sparked family feuds.
According to TMZ.com, the 57-year-old is now negotiating a deal with bosses at A&E network to introduce his family to U.S. viewers.
Hayley sparked rumours a show was in the works just last week, with a posting on her Twitter.com page.
She wrote, "The Hasselhoffs signed the deal with A&E... Get readdyy (sic) for it."
Network bosses have now confirmed a deal is in the works. A spokesman says, "We are discussing a possibility of doing a documentary series with David and his kids."
A spokesperson for Hasselhoff says a deal has yet to be signed.
