Al Murooj Rotana, as of tomorrow, will fling open its doors and adopt an irritatingly false French accent for popular Michelin Star Chef, Jean Baptiste Daguerre from St. Pee-sur-Nivelle (Pays Basque). He's coming to the Waterside Seafood Restaurant & Terrace from the 2nd till the 8th of March 2008.

Chef Daguerre will demonstrate his tasty culinary creations via a special menu, unveiling delicacies of traditional Basque cuisine combined with his signature cooking style.
