Ian Brown reveals Dubai gig scuffle
Singer was apparently forced to halt concert amid crowd trouble
IAN BROWN was forced to halt a performance in Dubai last week after an argument broke out between revellers and security.
The former Stone Roses singer was on-stage at the SoundCity festival when he motioned to a fan in the audience, prompting guards to rush over and attempt to remove the male fan and his girlfriend.
In video footage from the gig, Brown can be heard telling the staff to "leave him alone" before apologising to the fan for "the bullies" shoving him.
According to reports on NME.com, Brown was pointing out the fan's tattoo to bandmembers, but security assumed the concertgoer was causing trouble.
