Actress BROOKE SHIELDS was involved in a minor plane crash in California on Friday when the pilot ‘forgot' to engage the brakes after landing the aircraft safely.

The actress was flying with actor JIM BELUSHI were disembarking a Cessna plane on the Hearst Castle estate in San Luis Obispo when the aircraft rolled forward and hit a parked sports utility vehicle (SUV).

No one was hurt in the incident but the collision was reported to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), reports TMZ.com.
