LINDSAY LOHAN is facing legal action from a friend who alleges she owes him more than $10,000.

Dennis DeSantis claims the Mean Girls star owes him $10,260, after repeatedly failing to pay for a number of cars she rented from his company, Specialty Car Craft, back in May.

Lindsay crashed a luxury Maserati she had borrowed, and the motor was subsequently put on auction website eBay.com to recoup the costs - but DeSantis tells TMZ.com he is considering legal action for the unpaid bill.
