Ahlan! finds out how Kevin Costner, Mick Jagger and Donald Trump - of all people(!) are involved.

Yes, she's beautiful, naturally her cheekbones are almost illegal, and, of course, her legs go right up to her neck. Unfortunately, that's where the loveliness of Carla Bruni - the former supermodel who met and married French President Nicolas Sarkozy, within nine weeks! - seems to end... On the outside.

Although Ahlan! doesn't usually get involved in politics (it's a dirty business, y'know?), we felt compelled to dig into Carla's past to find out what's so super about a woman who fell for The Donald and his ginger wire-wool wig.

"I am faithful - to myself! I am bored to death by monogamy," Carla told magazine, Figaro Madame last February, before she met Sarkozy. "I prefer polygamy and polyandry."

"They tell me that it all was too rapid. That's not true between Nicolas and me," witters Carla. "It didn't happen rapidly. It was immediate."

When Sarkozy was campaigning to become French President, Carla actually campaigned for his socialist rival, Segolene Royal, and publicly criticised Nicolas's policies!

Carla was living with the French publisher when the pair went on holiday with his son, Raphael, and his wife, Justine Levy. Carla then began an affair with the son.

Carla nabbed the philosopher from under Justine's nose and they had a son, Aurelien, together in 2001. Author Justine, got revenge by writing a book, Rien de Grave (Nothing Serious), about the affair and painted a damning portrait of the husband-stealing main character, Paula, as "a praying mantis" with "a Terminator smile".

Carla started dating the guitar legend when she was 21 and famously left him for Mick Jagger. "Please Mick, not this one. I think I'm in love," Eric recalls telling Jagger, seeing him eye up Carla. "For all my pleadings, it was only a matter of days before they started a clandestine affair."

Not caring that Mick was with Jerry Hall, Carla dated the musician, even going on tour with him. "I never felt my relationship with Mick left me in a bad light," she says. "I don't think I was responsible for his divorce from Jerry Hall."

Carla is alleged to have hooked up with the Oscar winner. But she denies this. "People have said I dated Kevin Costner, even though I've never met the man," she says.

Donald Trump
Carla enjoyed a brief flirtation with a then-married Donald, but claims, "I never dated Donald... I met him once on a plane and had lunch with him in New York. I think he was the one who talked with the press."
