Rihanna Tattoo Parlour Facing Fine
Business reprimanded for allowing singer to ink her pals
A New York tattoo parlour is facing a fine for allowing RIHANNA to ink her initials and an umbrella design onto three members of staff.
The Umbrella singer was spotted wielding a needle at Manhattan's East Side Ink in July, and reportedly etched her personalised image onto three resident artists.
The business was issued with a citation by the New York City Department of Health for "operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site".
Now the store's owners are facing a fine of between $200-$2,000, according to reports.
