JENNIFER ANISTON has laughed off rumours of a boob op - after a UK magazine reported she had gone under the knife to inflate her chest.

The star was rumoured to have undergone cosmetic enhancement after British weekly Grazia reported that she had opted for subtle Macrolane injections, to plump up her bust with a gel filler.

But a representative for the actress has dismissed the article as a "complete fabrication", saying:, "Jennifer has not had a boob job."
