ZUMA’s early evening menu features a choice of ZUMA favourites served with an accompanying beverage.

‘Taste of ZUMA’ offers a selection of ZUMA’s award-winning cuisine, served in either ZUMA’s spacious dining area or upstairs in the lounge.

The set menu features 15 signature dishes. It starts with miso soup and steamed edamame - green soybeans which are high in protein and vitamins. It is followed by a choice of any two starters. Sushi-lovers can choose from nigiri, maki rolls, and sashimi. The selection of starters also includes crispy fried squid, barbecued quail, and the classic ZUMA salad.

The meal is rounded off with a choice of main course – featuring an irresistible line-up of ZUMA classics, such as miso marinated black cod; barley miso marinated chicken thighs, oven roasted on cedar wood; and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy.

Dinner is accompanied by either a glass of house wine, a carafe of house sake or a healthy ZUMA cleanser, made with a mixture of fresh fruit juices.

Taste of ZUMA is served daily from 7pm to 8pm and is priced at Dhs245 per person. The price includes a 10% service charge and is subject to 10% authority fees.
