Serving French cuisine using only sustainable organic ingredients, some of which are grow in the restaurant’s own garden, Signatures is something of a novelty in the UAE. Set amidst the stunning grounds of the Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa, it’s a refreshing distance from the hustle and bustle of the city with an attitude to match. The interior is bright, clean and contemporary, with natural polished flagstone flooring, pastel wood features and plenty of healthy greenery. Perfect for a long, lazy lunch, or a healthy and satisfying supper – perhaps after several rounds on the golf course – Signatures delivers deliciously fresh and simple dishes from a well-balanced and unpretentious menu. The chicken is free-range and full of succulent flavours, while the Argentinean beef, which is grass fed, is probably just about the tastiest served in Dubai. Desserts are a slightly more frilly affair, but that is to be expected in a restaurant serving excellent French food.
