Serving award-winning modern European cuisine, The Signature at the Capital Club Dubai, Dubai’s premier private business club, is located in the heart of the DIFC’s vibrant Gate Village. Introducing a new level of sophistication and elegance, The Signature features three private dining rooms, including The Cellar, and a separate lounge for pre-dinner drinks. Strictly a ‘members only’ club, unfortunately this jewel in the crown is not open the public. However, those lucky enough to know a member might be able to visit the restaurant as a guest diner. In terms of cuisine, the menu is fairly seasonal, only producing dishes created with the freshest ingredients, which are sourced from all over the world. The kitchen team includes chefs from Angela Hartnett’s (Connaught, London), Gary Rhodes’s Mezzanine (Dubai), and the Gleneagles (Scotland), so a faultless and fabulous delivery is to be expected. The focus is on game, seafood and prime wagyu beef. Signature dishes include pan-fried sea bass with caramelized fennel and ricotta gnocchi, roasted wagyu tenderloin with spring onion and fondant potatoes, and the lip-smackingly perfect poached peach with gingerbread ice cream and apricot syrup.
