Rumour has it that CHARLOTTE CHURCH has kicked boyfriend GAVIN HENSON out of their country mansion.

The couple - who have two children - are said to have split after a series of blazing rows but today the sport star's family spoke out to deny the rumours.

Gavin's aunt, Anne, says, "It's not true. Gavin hasn't been staying at his parents' house. I don't know where they get this from but there's no truth in it. Gavin and Charlotte are very happy."

And Charlotte's mother, Maria, blasted the reports as "ridiculous".

The couple have been together for four years and are parents to 20 month old RUBY and baby DESXTER who was born in January.
