With a dazzling fish tank entrance, it’s clear from the off what the speciality is at this top seafood spot. But, once you get a peek at the extensive Japanese-inspired menu, you’ll see why they want to shout about it!

To start, try the fried calamari with salt and pepper sauce, along with steamed scallop siu mai or, if you’re brave, the cooked-to-perfection chilli king prawns, dripping in delish tangy sauce, are as large as small lobsters!

For the main event, you can choose a live mud or crystal snow crab from one of the tanks and pay per 100 grams, then wait as it is cooked to your liking, with a choice of 12 moreish sauces (Singapore spicy chilli is our pick!)

Lovingly prepared and dramatically presented, it’s defo a must-order!

Wash it all down with a crisp white Pinot Grigio, and finish with a lighter-than-air Jasmine tea crème brulee – delish!
