Signature dishes include the seabass with artichokes, a light and refreshing mixture of pan-fried tender seabass with Artichokes served in a sauce of sun-dried tomatoes and a white wine. For synthesis of interesting flavour sensations, diners may select the spaghetti Alle Gocce, which comprises of plated Italian spaghetti pasta with black truffles, a touch of cream and dressed on a bed of asparagus.
